We love making things special and can build a cruise or a whole day of activities around your requirements; just tell us what you want! Here are a few extras you might like to think about.
Entertainment
You can relax in peaceful tranquillity during your cruise or party along with our powerful sound system. Or, perhaps enjoy some tuition from a Belly Dancer, listen to a live crooner or a jazz quartet or maybe to a TV personality. We've had them all on board ~ though not all together!!
You might even want to make your own fun with a themed event or fancy dress. We've had kangaroos and boomerangs on board for an Australian evening, pirates and priests, captains and call-girls, train and plane buffs and numerous sets of Morris Dancers. Your imagination is the (almost!) only limitation.
Party Music
To make the party swing, bring your own CDs, choose from our on-board library or let us know your favourite tracks beforehand and we'll have your personalised playlist ready. If you give us enough time you can get a list of the thousands of tracks in our library and tell us the ones you want us to play.
Fine Dining
All our on-board catering is provided by some of the best professional caterers in the area and we are constantly told how good it is. But if you prefer a restaurant meal before or after your cruise there are plenty of choices within just a few minutes walk. We will be happy to advise you.
Theatre Trips
A group outing to the theatre turns into a whole new experience with a river trip before your show, perhaps with a meal on board or at Riva at The Key. Our moorings are right next to the Key Theatre.
Hotel Accomodation
We have close links too with the Ramada Hotel, next to Longthorpe Basin, off Thorpe Road. Here we can pick up and set down guests from the adjacent jetty ~ so it's great for our many joint events. If you are a large group on a special event there, why not consider running a couple of river trips for your guests during the other activities?
